An Affirmation: I Love Me, and all that that is, ever was, and ever will be

       The time has flown since my last post.  Christina Cross, who taught the Akashic Records certification, came back to New England in April.  I did three advanced classes with her and will attend another one this weekend.  Fascinating, informative, and opportunities for personal growth.  She is a very gifted, caring, special young woman.
       The global events of the past months have had an impact on those people who are energy sensitive.  The Japan earthquake was particularly difficult.  When so many souls leave the earth at one time, there is a dramatic shift in the energy and consciousness of the world.  Ed and I attended the second session that Roland Comtois held to send healing energy to Japan.  It was quite moving.  With his internet access, he has the ability to unite many people to all send energy at the same time.  His first session involved 45,000 people.
       Energy Medicine is becoming more main stream as so many more people are called to this.  Frustration with conventional medical modalities prompts people to seek alternative care.  Scientist Bruce Lipton notes that there are receptors on the cell membrane for energy.  There are micromagnetic fields at the cell level.  The science to support the phenomenon of energy healing is being discovered.  When the scientific community can present data to the medical clinicians, more of the doctors will get behind it.  Dr Oz's wife is a Reiki practitioner.  He has Reiki in the operating room and has found that the rejection rate for heart transplant is lower.  There recently was an article in the American Journal of Cardiology about Reiki helping to stabilize the heart rate in an ICU.
       Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is being put forth as an easy technique to learn, available even to children.  It involves tapping on the meridians and acupressure points to balance energy and aid in releasing the emotions behind situations and issues that are blocking us.  EFT and Reiki may prove to be powerful techniques that can be used concurrently, with EFT something that anyone not attuned to Reiki can do.  These are all tools in the Energy toolbox.  An exciting time.
       The path we take to facilitate the evolution of the soul is not always an easy one, as I have said many times.  And again,
being human, I fall into old patterns, but I am finding it does not happen as frequently as it used to.  And, when it does, I do not do it for long as I can now catch myself.  Reiki definitely helps.  Asking "What Would Love Do?" from Karen Paolino's journey is definitely a process.  I am about to start it a second time.

I LOVE ME, AND ALL THAT THAT IS, EVER WAS, AND EVER WILL BE.
         Think about it for a bit and you may realize the depth and importance of the statement.  These are all tools that help reduce resistance to positive change and raise one's personal vibration, which leads to knowing internal peace and joy on a more regular basis.  Peace, love and joy are our birthrights.  We knew this at birth, but forgot it as we grew with our physical body.
