Wisdom from My Illumined Guides

       My first post for 2014 is amazing to me as it is a surprise message I received from my illumined Spiritual team on January 13, 2014.  The wisdom and teachings are phenomenal and I have been "sitting" with the impact of it since then.  It is now time to share it and I write it here, except for two paragraphs that were personal.  I am sure that content was to get my attention and to serve as validation.  Otherwise, the following is as I received it:

       "We came here to experience.  We are one and came from Oneness.  We came from perfection and unconditional Love.  We came here knowing everything, and everything about our Soul purpose and Spiritual purpose.
       When we chose to come back to 'school', we brought with us that part of Source and Oneness that is me, that is you.  We only bring back the amount of energy we need for this incarnation and energy includes the issues of past lives - and only those lives - that impact on the lessons we chose to work on for this life.
       Our societal values say the negative things.  Our minds run with these messages of lower frequencies and we interpret that we are broken, in need of healing.
       Sometimes our 'highest and best' includes negative experience.
That is how we grow.  We interpret negative experience as punishment, and 'ease' as being in our highest and best.  We can experience ease, joy, flow, once our minds and egos truly accept that we came here to experience, to grow, and it is how we deal with the experience that make up the lesson.  And, we are ever at choice.
         Some lives are more karmic than others.  An easier life can be to experience and learn a specific issue, and only that issue.  Sometimes we volunteer to be an instrument to balance the karma for someone else.
      Truly, ease and earthly wealth and how, if you acquire it, is decided at the contract, with the proviso that your choices, and how you deal with both the good and the bad, changes things as you go along.
       The choices you make are never judged when you return.  Only you decide whether you achieve the growth and purpose of each incarnation.
       You have questions about getting in touch with the 'knowing'.  It truly is the practice of living.  It is also getting in touch with knowing we came here to experience and no experience is good or bad - it serves the purpose of your incarnation.  The more you interpret things that happen in your life as bad, the less joy and you will dwell in lower frequencies. As you heard, it's how we deal with the experience that you have labeled as negative.  As you realize its purpose and go with the flow of knowing that the experience has purpose, and growth, the easier it is to be in flow and experience joy.  Good experiences are growth, as well.
       Throughout your practice of living here at school, remember that you are one with Source, you are beautiful, you are Love, you are awesome, you have choice.  A positive choice is to remember this - to remember your God-given magnificence.  It is time for humanity to recognize this.  No one is to be treated less than the Divine you are.  Speak your truth with love for and of yourself, and with compassion for the other.  Compassion for the other does not mean enabling, does not mean allowing someone to mistreat or disrespect you, either as a human or that Divine being you are.  Stand tall.  Stand in the Love that surrounds you.  You truly do have a daily team of Spiritual Cheerleaders around you.  As you know, they change, depending on what is best for you.  Still know they are there.  Continue to ask for illumined beings of Light.  We will guide you to fulfill your contract, but only if you ask.  For choice is always the ruling factor of the human condition.
       You are being asked to share and teach this.  It is your choice whether you do it or not."

December 2012, A Transition Month

       I have heard from Spirit that it is important to emphasize what I talked about in the last post.  
       There has been much hype about the end of the Mayan calendar and there are those who deride this.  It is not the end of the world.  It is a new beginning.
       Today, I found myself writing that December is a transition month.  It is the end of an age/era. And now it is time for the awareness of stepping into a new age of living in a very high vibration of energy that some are calling Galactic energy.
       This may sound strange and I, too, am sitting with this information knowing that, as with all else that has happened in my life the last five years, it will unfold to a point where I will understand it and embrace it.
       Again, when things seem chaotic, take the time to open your feet chakras and grow roots down to the center of the Earth.  Stay centered, connect with what feeds your Soul, breathe.  Also, this is a time to release what no longer serves you.  This is a powerful statement, as it can be energy, things, people, patterns of behavior.  It is a time to metaphorically clean your closet.  This cleansing makes it easier to receive and hold the higher vibrations that are coming to us. 
       As hard as it is to grasp, all is well.  We are co-creators of our lives and everything has a purpose for the evolution of our Soul.
       Remember to stop to recognize that there can be joy, laughter and love in the chaos. Gratitude is a great way to see this.  My grandson, who celebrates his 10th birthday this month, and I talk on the phone every day and do "that gratitude thing".  He and I tell each other three things we are grateful for.  Today he said, "I am grateful for me."   I told him this was awesome, but as I write this, I really feel how profound that statement is.
       Remember to be grateful for you, and all that that is.

Heaven Is Energy

       Back in the spring my husband and I took a Physical Mediumship workshop with Teresa Lally in Kingston, MA.  It was a six week course.  On one evening she invited a friend of hers who is a trance medium.  We had the opportunity to ask questions.  One of the women asked, "What is Heaven like?"  In trance, the medium replied, "It is energy you know, all energy, and it is beautiful."
           I was reminded of this while reading the book by Anita Moorjani, "Dying to Be Me".  It is a powerful book about her near-death experience and her subsequent spontaneous cure of cancer in 2006.  This was brought to my attention by Karen Paolino who is hosting discussion groups on the book.  Her fee is that you buy the book to pass on to someone else.
       Anita experienced the beautiful energy of Heaven and learned she is part of that beautiful energy.  There is no fear or judgment.  She, as the Divine Being she is, is no longer to judge herself.  She, like many, even most, of us had been very hard on herself.
       I highly recommend this book.  It starts out with her background to show how she internalized the real and perceived messages that led to her diagnosis and then describes her experience, healing and learnings.
       Her message is profound.  May we listen to it.
       I received two powerful affirmations today:
            I live in Divine Love
            I am free of judgment - of myself and others.

An Energy Shift

       It is an exciting time, though it be confusing and disconcerting at times.  Those of us in the "energy field" have felt shifts in the universal energy and are aware of our personal vibrations rising.  By personal vibration, I am talking about that we are made up of energy and we each vibrate/broadcast our own individual frequencies to each other and the world.  As cosmic vibrations change, so do we.  Our ability to manifest is quickening, our connection to Divine Source is getting closer.  
       It is imperative that we stay in the energy of love, as opposed to fear.  When our ego and brain turn to "monkey-mind", jumping all over the place, this is the framework of fear.  It is the human experience to do this.  Staying in it is the problem.  It takes a conscious effort, and choice, to look at a situation in the framework of the Serenity Prayer.  Sometimes fear has a purpose in that it pushes us to take action.  Other times it leads to fearful thinking about things we cannot change, cannot control.  At this point, I am learning, it is time to switch to "what would love do?" (Karen Paolino wrote a book with this title.)  Ask for help, from whatever and wherever you are in a spiritual sense.  I now fully recognize the importance of the angelic realm in that the angels and archangels are God's helpers.  I ask for help.  For someone who was always independent with a strong internal locus of control, this is a switch!
       I still have a strong sense of internal control, but now I choose to ask for help and ask for help in letting go.  With this, there is an opportunity to experience moments of peace.
       Tomorrow is 11-11-11.  In terms of Divine communication, the numbers are significant.  There are many who are planning meditation sessions at 11:11 am (and/or pm) on 11-11-11.  I plan to tune into this, allowing myself to enter the portal of energy opening to us, basking in the awareness that this is a time of growth and healing.  I am grateful for this experience and ask that I continue my path with love, grace and gratitude.  And so it is.
